The operator collects personal information (name, email address, payment information, usage history, etc.) to the extent necessary to provide the services of Infinity (the "Service").
We collect the following information: name, email address, login authentication data (including Google OAuth), subscription and payment information (managed by Stripe), usage history and question answer data, device and browser information (for analytics).
Personal information is used for: provision and improvement of the Service, user authentication and account management, billing and subscription management, customer support and responding to inquiries, sending service-related notifications, and security management and fraud prevention.
We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases: (1) with prior user consent; (2) when required by law; (3) when necessary to protect life, body, or property; (4) when sharing with the following vendors to the extent necessary for the stated purposes: Stripe Inc. (payment processing), Vercel Inc. (server hosting), Neon Inc. (database), Anthropic PBC (AI question generation).
Personal information is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption and stored in access-controlled databases. Passwords are stored as hashes and never in plain text. However, we cannot guarantee complete security over the internet.
Account information and usage data are retained while the account is active and for a period after account deletion. If you wish to have your data deleted after closing your account, please contact us via the inquiry form.
We use cookies to maintain login sessions. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent login and other features from functioning properly.
When you sign in with Google, we use Google LLC's OAuth authentication. Use of data provided by Google is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We only obtain the information necessary to provide the Service (name and email address).
