These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern all relationships between users and the operator regarding the use of Infinity (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides AI-generated CPA exam practice problems (MCQ and TBS) for the FAR and AUD sections, along with review tools and mock exam features.
Users must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for managing your login credentials. Unauthorized use or sharing of accounts is prohibited.
Fees are as listed on the pricing page. Payment is processed through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same day as your initial payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided after payment.
Users may not: (1) use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization; (2) redistribute or resell problem content; (3) reverse engineer or tamper with the Service; (4) use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service; (5) interfere with the Service or other users.
All content provided through the Service, including AI-generated questions and explanations, is owned by the operator or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use such content outside the Service without permission.
Questions and explanations are generated by AI and may contain errors. The Service is intended as a study aid and does not guarantee exam results. Content is provided for educational purposes only.
The Service is provided "as is." The operator makes no warranties regarding accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or results of use. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service to the extent permitted by law.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Significant changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
